Ronan Crinion

Founder and Managing Director

Ronan has over 20 years experience in the residential and commercial property market, helping clients maximise the prices of their properties and always offering practical advice. With an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of secondhand residential sales, Ronan brings a personalised and creative approach to the business that has earned him considerable respect within the industry.

His award winning marketing and visual merchandising in the Drumcondra office has featured on national media in both TV and the national press. Ronan is expanding the business and a flagship showroom is opening in the centre of Dublin city to concentrate on the Dublin 1, 7 and 8 property markets.

Ronan is a long time and active member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers.

Outside of the office, Ronan is an acrylic painter and professional calligrapher and masters ten different writing styles. He is also passionate about visual merchandising and designing, he installs each award-winning window and has won seven awards for his window designs. He actively enjoys hill walking on Sundays and goes for a swim each morning before work.

Nigel Kennedy

Associate Director

Nigel studied Auctioneering, Real Estate & Valuations in DIT Bolton Street. He joined MoveHome in 2015 and has become one of the top negotiators and was recently appointed Associate Director . He is highly committed to his clients and focused on delivering outstanding results. His expert advice is grounded in honesty to ensure his clients have complete confidence and trust that their property is in safe hands. He believes in following through on every promise, chasing down every lead to maximise the end sales result and consistently surprising clients with his unquestionable dedication. His ability to build lasting business relationships is testament to his genuine interest in people and our business.

Outside of the office, Nigel enjoys spending time on his family farm with the cows and goats. He is also involved in sports and likes to go running on weekends.

Shauna Donnelly

Sales and Lettings Manager

Shauna is currently our Sales and Lettings Manager. This important function means she is the first person all our clients interact with via phone and when visiting our office. Shauna is passionate about ensuring all who interact with MoveHome have a positive user experience. As part of her role, Shauna ensures our office is run smoothly and that all correspondence is to the highest standard. Prior to MoveHome Shauna had amassed considerable client-facing front-of-house experience in her career, and she has brought this experience with her and shows her continual commitment to make constant improvements to our business.

Outside of the office, Shauna enjoys going to the gym and spending quality time with her father by going fishing together.

Sandra Robertson

Residential Sales Assistant

Sandra has been an integral part of MoveHome since 2020, where she takes charge of all administrative tasks with precision and dedication. Her meticulous attention to detail ensures that every aspect of the company’s operations runs smoothly. With a wealth of experience in administrative work, Sandra is adept at streamlining processes and maintaining efficiency. Her commitment to excellence and reliability makes her an indispensable asset to the team, embodying the company’s ethos of professionalism and effectiveness.

Outside of the office, Sandra enjoys spending time outdoors walking and visiting scenic garden centers. She also fills her weekends with socializing and catching up with friends over afternoon tea.

Gosia Nowicka

Lettings Portfolio Manager

Gosia has moved home many times, she has been a residential and a commercial tenant, a landlord, a first and a second time home buyer. She is the most experienced, fully licensed lettings agent and a property manager of MoveHome’ s Letting Team. She manages a portfolio of properties and oversees the work of the whole department. Her personal approach and unrivalled competence are skills that are greatly appreciated by our clients. She strives to provide high-quality, personalised service to each and every person she works with and get the Landlords best return on their investment. As she enjoys the fast pace of property management, you can be confident that your property is in very good hands!

Outside of the office, Gosia enjoys staying active by playing soccer and being involved in the GAA.

Ethan Danker

Lettings Department

Ethan joined the MoveHome team in 2023 and is responsible for a large lettings & property management portfolio. He also assists and aids with various marketing projects within the company. His passionate and enthusiastic manner leaves a long-lasting positive impression on anyone he comes in contact with. Ethans up-lifting and eager attitude ensures his clients receive, not only the best service possible, they receive it with a smile.

Outside of the office, Ethan enjoys fitness and can be found at the gym, he also works as a qualified personal trainer.

Elaine Hughes

Accounts

Elaine has responsibility of all aspects of our accounts department, she has over 20 years’ experience in looking after day to day accounting of a business, and re-joined MoveHome in 2015. Elaine is responsible for our Lettings and Sales Client accounts and ensures that all funds are forwarded promptly to our Landlords. She has a good eye for detail and is always willing to help clients and fellow staff members with any account problems they may have.

Outside of the office, Elaine cherishes quality time with her family, creating lasting memories and enjoying their company.
