Thank you for considering MoveHome Estate Agents for the proposed letting and management of your property. We believe in transparency in all our dealings and are upfront about our fees, giving you clarity and peace of mind. Our fees depend on the let agreed price and are payable by the landlord at the following rate(s):
| Let Only | 5% of annual rent plus vat @ 23% |
| Managed | 5%* of monthly rental income for remaining months of lease agreement following initial letting fee at 5% of annual rent. |

Fees are subject to VAT at 23%. If we are managing your property our managed fees are invoiced monthly, and include a quarterly statement.
